Cleansing and Detoxing

Why use this program when there are others out there like the Master Cleanse?   I suggest this style of cleansing and detoxing for three big reasons.   One, I personally used this one on myself, when I was deathly ill, and it worked beyond my greatest expectations (see my biography).   Two, I personally know of at least twenty people who have used this program who were at least as sick as I was and it worked for them.   Three, this is probably the oldest cleansing and detoxing program in this country and possibly the world.   Personally, I appreciate a long successful track record when it comes to my health.  

This program is broken down into three parts done without pause.   One, cleansing the colon takes at least 7 days.   Two, colon-detoxing takes 5 days exactly.   Three, cleansing either the liver or the kidneys takes 5 days exactly.

PART 1 - Colon Cleanse

Takes Seven days or more if needed. You will find all the herbal combinations in organic/wildcrafted form on this web site.

Note: You will not need to alter your daily schedule while you are taking these herbs.  They are gentle and they are introduced to your body in micro doses, until you get the natural response described below.  

WEEK 1

DAY 1:
Start with only one capsule of Colon Cleanse combination during or after supper.   This combination works best if taken with food.   If you notice a heartburn sensation, eat or drink more to mix this combination with the food in your stomach.   While you sleep, the herbs work their way through the colon stimulating peristalsis to soften and move old fecal matter, and kill any parasites.

DAY 2:
This morning you should notice an increase in your bowel action and in the amount of fecal matter that you eliminate.   The consistency should also be softer.  If you do not notice any difference in your bowel behavior today or the difference was not dramatic, then tonight increase your dosage to two capsules.  

Continue to increase your dosage every evening by one capsule until you notice a dramatic difference in the way your bowel works the next day.   It has taken most of us years to create a sluggish bowel so be patient for a few days and increase by only one capsule each day.

By the end of the first week, you should know what your dosage is.

If not then continue to remain on this formula for an additional week to get your bowel regulated and healthy before you go on to the next step.

When I say regulated and healthy, I mean you have a bowel movement two to three times a day, which is how often a healthy human being has a bowel movement.   Being healthy, the movement is soft like a baby's and falls apart in the water.

Ingredients of Colon Cleanse:  These herbs are designed specifically to increase bowel function, and kill parasites.
Curacao and Cape Aloe leaf (aloe Spicate/ferox), Cenna leaves and pods (Cassia officinalis), Cascara Sagrada aged bark (rhamnus purshiana), Barberry root bark (Barberis Vulgaris), Ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinals), Garlic bulb (alium sativum) and African Bird Pepper (Capsicum africana).    All of these herbs are organic or wildcrafted.
